Ok I got a new macbook pro from colorwarepc, and a brand new pair of koss cobalt bluetooth headphones.
So I have my little bluetooth arsenal: my mightymouse, my nokia 8801, and my coblat headphones. Until I got my headphones, I have been using my wireless mouse and transferring files to and from my phone simultaneously with no problems. Now, when I pair my headphones with my macbook, things start to degrade. My transfer rates on my phone drop dramatically, and my mightymouse becomes sluggish. The audio quality coming out of the headphones is pretty bad as well. I thought to my self, ok the headphones suck, send them back. But just to test this a little more, I used the USB->Bluetooth adapter Koss included with the cobalt. When pairing the headphones with the usb adapter, i get crystal clear quality and my mouse sensitivity and mobile phone transfer rates dont wane.
So my question for you all is, could this be a bluetooth problem with my macbook? I would take my machine to a mac store but there are none near me
Have any of you paired more than 2 devices, one streaming audio, all using the macbooks internal bluetooth radio with any success?
