possible bug iOS 5 and 5.0.1

Hello,

I have a certain problem.
I switched language from Dutch to English on iOS 5 and have a certain issue.
The Calendar icon is still Dutch, as well as the clock date on the lockscreen.

Anyone seen this behaviour?

Go to General > International > Region Format

Bur keep it Dutch otherwise it will show you phone numbers differently.
