I was noticing a slew of websites that were failing to load in Safari (Version 9.1.3 (11601.7.8)). I figured site problems initially, but after a bunch more timeouts, I started to dig in a little more. The pattern I ran across was that each was failing to load a version of jquery (https://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.11.3.min.js).

If I open it up in Chrome, loads instantly. Same for Firefox and Firefox DE.

Can Safari or x-protect stop a file like this from loading? Otherwise, I am not sure what would be putting the breaks on loading.
