i am hoping this is a problem that can be fixed without sending my phone away, but my problem is this:

when i go to write emails or texts, the bottom row of letters doesnt not work i.e. i touch them and nothing happens, anyone know what this is and how i can go about resolving it?

much appreciation!!

It happened to mine as well:(

Does anybody know, whether Apple exchanges those phones? Unfortunately I tried to update the firmware and now I'm not able to unlock it, because of non-working keys on the keyboard...

this is a touch screen issue that was mostly common as a strip accross the top of the screen about 1/3 of the way down. Restore your iphone and take it into an apple store and show a genius and say youve heard this has happend to others too. They replaced mine on the spot.
