Possible to live stream an iChatAV video conference?

I was wondering if there is a way to send a video conference between two (or more) people to a live stream so that others can watch/hear but not participate in said live iChat video conference?

I'd think you'd need to use other streaming applications.

I thought perhaps someone knew of something like Nicecast (which works for audio) that would work with audio and video. Something that would tap into or hijack the video conference and send it out elsewhere.
