I have a 2010, 2x4core, 2.6ghz and just got a spare 2006 2x1core 3ghz 2006. I upgraded my 2x4 2.6 to 2x6 3.2 a little while ago and still have my quads hanging around. Anyone have any idea of they would be compatible with the 2006? slower obviously but a butt load more cores to play with...
