I have two identical Dell 27" monitors. I don't know if there is a way to have the dock on both monitors instead of flying the cursor across to the left monitor for the side-positioned dock.

Thanks for your advice.

When the dock is on the side, what you describe is not possible. If you put the dock on the bottom, it will be on whichever monitor you're using.

The dock won't be on both at once - but to move it to the other display when it's on the bottom, put the mouse at the bottom of the screen & then move it downward. The dock should flip over there.

There is no built-in way to have the Dock appear on two screens at once, but you could download a 3rd party Dock app like Sidebar, ActiveDock, InfyniDock, uBar, or TaskBar and run it on the second display (or use it on both screens and just minimize the built-in Dock).

There are plenty of others, but those are some of the most popular.

Thanks to all of you. I moved my Dock down to the bottom part of the screen and it is a great solution!
