Possible to take ILife 09 off of Cloned Drive?

I just bought a refurbished 2.66 Ghz Imac with a decidated graphics card (ATI) rather than get the newer 2.66Ghz version (early 2009) with the Nvidia intergrated card. Since I did that...the refurbished computer comes with Ilife 08 and I have ILife 09 installed on my old computer which I cloned to an external drive so that I can migrate my info over to the new one. I had bought the Mac Box set (Leopard, Ilife 09, Iwork 09) a while back and and can't find the Ilife 09 disc.

is it possible for me to migrate Ilife 09 over to my new refurbished computer that has the old Ilife 08 on it? or do I ave to buy Ilife 09 again?

Have you tried simply copying it to your new drive?

if the above doesn't work try this..

Open Migration Assistant from Applications/Utilities, you should be able to bring back iLife from there.
