possible to update ATI 4850 with the HD 5750 on 27iMac?

Hi!
I have an 2009 27inch imac with an ATI Radeon HD 4850 and was wondering if it is somehow possible to take the 5750 from a 2010 model and replace the 4850 with it?
what do you think?
 
Theoretically, yes. In real world, maybe, maybe not. The performance increase isn't that huge so it's not worth it
