Hello everybody.
as I search in the internet , you can use VOIP software in iPhone just with WIFI,
is it right?(GSM ,GPRS,UMTS it seems is not possible)

I just found an alternative way that have to use Cydia and Jali...

but I would like to be sure that there is no way to do it without using Cydia and Jali ...

Thanks

I am confused. What is Jali? I've never heard of it.

AT&T recently announced that they were removing their block on VOIP over 3G, I believe. Don't know what the status of that is or when it takes effect.

jailbreak , I think if we use jailbreak we can use different networks for VOIP but without this unofficial way?
