The title explains it all, just post a picture of your games folder, if possible, highlight your favorite/currently being played games.

Here I'll start

Recently re installed age of empires 2, and I thought argh this is a terrible game.

Which is strange as the first time I played it, it was not bad.

I hope I don't have the same reaction when I install red alert on the windows partition.

Your mix of games seem to be like my preferences, both first person shooter and turn based.

Heroes of Might and Magic 3 was very good. Did anyone like Heroes 4?

RA2 will never get old.

My Games

Heres my game folder. I tend to play them all quite often, over and over again.

DOOM is the user remake version with 3d models and whatnot. Quake 1 has TenebraeQuake, QuakeII is the one by Fruitz of Dojo. San Andreas is the PC version running inside of Cider (WineX). Call of Duty 1 is also in a Cider shell. UT2004 because i love it and SpaceTripper is something i recommend for everyone.

My BootCamp partition has .kkrieger, Call of Duty 4, BioShock, PoRTaL, HL2:EP2, FF7, and Theif: The Dark Project. (no picture atm)

from your experience how do u think GTA;SA will run on an 8500GT Super??

what are u running it on now??

(I know you werent talking to me, but anyway...)

It will run with all settings on and at max with that. My friend's 1.7Ghz AMD, 128MB Nvidia 8000 (its a lower 8000 model than the 8500, but i forgot the number) can do everything GTASA offers. But then again its not the most graphically demanding game, in most respects.

Sorry if this isnt useful. ^^

i run it on the MacBook Pro in my sig with an ATI x1600 with 128mb at 1920x1200 with anti alias on medium. runs fine. my guess is your 8500GT will run it more than fine as its an 8 series card.

yep :) at 1920x1200 its not perfect its a tiny bit choppy but i put up with it. sometimes i put it on 1600x1000 when its fast paced. your MBP should be fine :)

i would imagine the PC version of GTA IV would need an 8 series card as its much more advanced.

GTAIV on PC would be amazing. That would be my time waster for quite a long time. ^_~

@DoFoT9 - Your MBP will run GTASA easy. And now i have the urge to play it. ^_^

I don't have a fold specifically for games on my Mac. I look on the shelf, see what I want to play, insert the disk if needed, and type it in spotlight. Anyway, lets look at my shelf:

Sims 2
Command and Conquer Generals
Rise of Nations Gold
Halo
UT2004
KOTOR
Colin McRae Rally Mac
Quake 4
Doom 3
Prey
Civ IV
Civ III
SimCity 4
Rainbow Six 3
Star Wars Battlefront
Call of Duty 2
Call of Duty 1 Deluxe

thats about it me thinks. I might have a few older OS9 and DOS games in a cabinet somewhere. I wish there were more good racing games for Mac. Oh well.

Have you played FlatOut 2 ? I really love that game and it looks beautiful on my MP with all settings maxed out!
