iPhone Post PPHelper/Sync problems..

I recently used the notorious PPHelper to have a look at a couple of Apps for the iPhone..

Now, when i go to sync with the iTunes, it spotted i had a couple of Apps sitting there 'Not bought from Apple Store' and it completely stops me from synching my songs or anything else..

It's asking me to 'Authorize' the computer, but it already is authorised..

Should i go and 'Deauthorize' it, would that solve the problems.. Any bright ideas anyone??

You can't sync non-purchased apps to itunes

Delete the non purchased apps and them try again. If it doesn't work you might have to reboot the phone and then try syncing.
