meh, i was pissed when i turned on my Jailbroken Touch after the 2.2 update to find out that it was no longer Jailbroken.
it's a very tweaked version of bluebird. do you want me to zip it and upload it?
I love categories and backgrounder, now i have a place for my ~80+ apps
Which lockscreen are you using? I like that.
The theme is leopardUI off cydia, but i had to completely change the lockscreen through SSH for my liking.
okay here's my theme. i take no credit for making any of the icons, images, what have you. the creator of bluebird did (at least most of it) there's a thread at macthemes

LockScreen with Tap to Unlock/StatusNotifier Theme and Calendar
HomeScreen: Mix of BlueBird and something else...i forget. Weather/Date/Time Widget. Custom WiFi icon. Glass Orb Dock. ATT logo from BigBoss. Make It Mine custom logo instead of status bar time. Custom Vista-esque wallpaper with top "dock."

Can't redistribute it cause mine is a mix of a lot of different things (some custom) and i don't have permission from original creators of some of the things i have, but if you head over to www.macthemes2.net you should be able to find a ton of themes

How would you get themes onto the iphone? I have heard winterboard but I have no idea if it's an app or if I have to manually install and modify it myself.
Could you give me a few starting points? thank you I appreciate it.
Install Winterboard off of Cydia, and then install themes from Cydia and apply through Winterboard, or SSH them directly into your /root/Library/Themes folder.
