There is no CGI used in this video, which IIRC, was filmed in four-six countries.

The opening title credits to the seminal (and compelling and brilliant) British TV series, The Prisoner, (starring Patrick McGoohan).

Wow.

Still brilliant and compelling and gripping, more than half a century later (though that is not when I first saw it).

When Patrick McGoohan died, my brother, knowing how much I had admired the actor, wrote (to me) to express his sympathies.
