Don't have a lot of "junk" in my jacket... that's what my shoulder bag is for. 
The mittens are hand-made by my wife; as it gets cold up here. The bottle actually holds several kinds of pills: aspirin, Advil, Tums and Benedril. That's my woolly hat on the right.
