If it's the same Blue then it's all good, can't really tell just by looking at it.
Any chance of adding the engraved shading to the Blue file so it's like everything else on the status bar?
I think it's the correct blue. It can be changed if it's not so no big deal there.
As for the shading? I have absolutely no idea how to do that unfortunately
so perhaps someone else can help out with that. I checked over at the MacThemes Carrier Logo thread and didn't see any O2 logos in there that were retina.
Here's another attempt with a slightly different blue gradient. I'm not sure how to make it look exactly like the stock files.
Edit - Nevermind...I think this version is too dark. the stock ones look slightly lighter and brighter like h1r0ll3r's file.

As of this moment, no one has been able to figure this out yet. Lots of threads of other forums all say the same thing...people are working on it but haven't yet figured it out. Not sure why this is so hard to do on a Verizon iPhone. I'm sure someone will figure it out eventually.

If it's of any help, a lot of posters in other forums seem to be focused on a folder called Zeppelin.us (or something like that) in the carrier bundles directory. They haven't had any success (obviously) but seems like lots of people think this is the folder in which you need to edit/replace pngs for the carrier logo. Might wanna give this a try and see if that helps out any.
For that one, I didn't make anything on it; I simply resized it. In order for these icons to work they need to have a pixel height of around 38 pixels. Anything larger will sometimes overlap the statusbar and not look so groovy. You can use virtually any photo editing software to do this like Photoshop, Pixlr, Gimp, etc. I haven't gotten around to actually making any form scratch, yet, but that'll come in time. Basically, all you need is an icon with a transparent background and simply resize it to work.
Could I please ask someone to help me with making this into a carrier logo? Also is it possible to add any text in the field at all? I was hoping to put "Elefont" in the status bar as well.
