If you have MacOS sequoia, it's already on your computer. Go to Settings/Wallpaper/Dynamic Wallpaper and it's titled Macintosh.

10/10 man you’re correct bout that. It is also a nice dynamic wallpaper with classic macOS elements on it that is very nice on your desktop and the lock screen. Try it out!

Control strip is menu strip by indeedio - was on app store, can't find it anywhere now.
