I use Unsplash! Its a photographer sourced stock photography website. I get all my wallpapers from there. A lot are rather large in size.

Snap your own. Most cameras available today will give adequate resolution to crop to a shape to suit.

I consider it as the best default wallpaper ever made. This comes from a diehard Mac lover.
