I can't find any nice 'third-party' wallpapers, so I'll just stick with one of the defaults in Lion. Nonetheless, it's a beautiful wallpaper which suits my iMac amazingly well.

How did you add the schedule and notes list to your desktop?

Each piece of paper is an image I put there with GeekTool, and then I just covered it with text again in GeekTool (the schedule I ended up doing in photoshop) It was actually really simple, and I got the images off Flickr and added the tape in Photoshop Elements.
