Actually, no, I didn't change something from .car files on this shot. Is just my wall mods, that you can download, that include version with colorful line, then, my icons on Dock, using lovely Bartender app to be able to hide and move menu bar icons whenever I want, and of course I modified them, smaller and different icons for some. ...oh, NerdTool to show stats with some cool icons at the second shot.
Right now, allannyholm is theming os x and share his work. Check his gallery and try some of his work if you want, like Anagrama ElCapitan.

I'm still on Yosemite so it was easy (no security feature to disable). The theme is Paradigm Shift by chevymusclecar - some of the icons came with the theme, others I made for my system. You can find it here (scroll down to the download link). I used LiteIcon to make the changes.
