speck case
I never used a case before I got the iPhone 4 and it started dropping calls. Started off with a Apple Bumper which was rubbish, the bit of plastic below the home button broke in a couple of moths. Apple couldn't give a S***T.
Some of these Speck cases came into work so I used one of those and haven't looked back. I think they RRP at £30 which I would never have paid for a case. However now I've used one I get why they are so expensive.

I've got a small addiction to cases.. I've probably spent as much on cases as I have for the phone. Don't judge me.
My collection right now is, from left to right:
Speck Candyshell
Speck Fitted
Telus branded rubber case
Speck Pixelskin HD
Griffin Elan Form Graphite (it was on sale for $8... I had to have it!!!!)
the two on the bottom are NoName eBay cases.
and a black Apple bumper that I seem to have misplaced.
My favourites (and only ones that I use on a day to day basis) are the Speck Candyshell and the Speck Pixelskin HD.
Flaw in the Pixelskin HD is that it is reeeeeeeeeeeeeally stiff - feels like I'm about to break my phone in half and rip the buttons off when I take it off/on. I'm exchanging it for revision 3, which is softer.
Candyshell scratches easily.
Fitted has a ring that goes around the face, which keeps the case on. This ring is very very fragile and insecure - falls off with a little shake.

Although I haven't even taken the Griffin out of the box yet... my favourite may change when I get my iPhone back from repair on Wednesday.
