and my all time favorite Vending Machine Theme :p
currently I'm looking for a good dialer and keyboard theme

I'm pretty new at this and so far these are actually the only jailbroken apps I have in my Iphone and use them, I've tried a couple already but either I like them but has no use for them or you have to pay for them  or didn't like them at all and so removed them. The themes are overwhelming and have yet to find one that can beat my favorite Vending Machine Theme. ;)

So what's yours?

inteliscreen. the single reason i jailbroke my phone. that and themes, but i could live without the themes... also, wifi toggle, one touch on/off wifi... very nice.

Fav Apps

dTunes - mp3 Web search engine - Cydia
Cycorder - Video Recorder - Cydia
Lockdown - Security lock for individual apps. - Cydia
Boss Prefs - Toggles and Power functions. - Cydia
Flashlight - Cydia
Volume Boost - Overall phone volume upgrade - Cydia

NetNewsWire (RSS reader) [App store]
AOL Radio [App store]
Last.fm [App store]
Sol Free (free solitaire games) [App store]
Video Poker (do I really need to explain?) [App store]

I know it's an old thread, but I'll add my top apps anyway.

Couldn't live without categories and quick gold. Honestly, quick gold more than anything.

I love MXtube! It allows you to download YouTube videos to your phone in higher quality for viewing when you don't have access to Wi-Fi, you also don't have to wait for the video to stream.

Terminal
OpenSSH
Winterboard (HTML background FTW!) and associated themes/widgets
Flashlight
Cycorder
TuneWiki
Categories
NES Emulator

Additional tools that are wicked cool-
gcc compiler
erica's tools.

I like the theme 'Alit' and the app 'PdaNet', which is very useful. also, red laser is quite a cool one, its a free version of the one on the app store. And definately MX Tube! i can download videos whilst at home and watch them on the go, because i'm not on contract and therefore cannot pay (easily) for the 3g or edge connections.

That, and the fact im a total cheapskate

I downloaded the Volume boost, and so did my friend, but neither of us noticed a difference in sound. The volume is still pretty feeble.

Backgrounder
Kirakae
SBsettings
Stacks

I mostly get into the minor tweaks, and utilities. The themes grow old after time and slow down my phone. :apple:

Exactly the same list for my friend, except that he would replac stax with pdanet.

Kinda useless thread if you not at least describe each app with 1 sentence.

Agreed!

Thanks to those that did give descriptions, especially distinguishing between Cydia and AppStore even though this was supposed to be 'JAILBREAK' Apps ;)
