There is a digital photography section, but nothing for film photography. So this is your chance to post some of your photos you shot using film. Please, if you use a special type of film to get a certain effect or result, post what type you used.

Cool thread.
I use a Lomo LC-A and cross process slide film for strong colours and contrast.

Here are a few, but check out my Flickr photostream for more.

WOW @ Will C! Those are amazing!

Here's a couple I've taken, nothing special but it was the first time using both cameras (Colorsplash & Actionsampler).

I also have a Holga, but have never used it yet.

Man, these photos are making me itch to get some film in my toy Vivitar wide-angle. I also baaaaadly want an LC-A!

I'll post some fun pics from this summer once I get a scanner! Any recommendations for a good, cheap, space-saving scanner (already have a laser printer)?

Also, Will Cheyney, that girl in your photos is gorgeous! If she's yours, nice catch! :)

Will Cheyney would it be possible to get a larger res version of that pinwheel? I'd love to have it as my wallpaper.

what did you use to bring those into the digital format?

When I got them processed and printed, I got them put on cd at the same time. I thought it was worth it as it only cost 98p for a 36 exp film and the quality of scan is pretty good.

It has definitely become my favorite film. I was also shooting with the Ilford 3200 for that extra graininess, but the tones you can get from the 400 are just beautiful imho.

When I shot a lot of film I always pushed Delta 400 a few stops for the grain. It's my favourite B&W film too...

This is an excellent thread. I shoot film only, mainly because digital bores me and film lets me control each step of photography myself (I do my own developing). Here are some examples of the type of photography I like doing:

The rest is on my flickr account.

Oh and cleanup, you want an Olympus XA, not a Lomo.

Thanks for the tip. I'm still going to pine for an LC-A though. :)

I don't know very much about film photography and I keep forgetting to bring my camera: a toy Vivitar Ultra Wide & Slim. I loaded it with some generic film at first because I have no idea where to get decent film. Haven't managed a trek out to Henry's yet. I know. I suck.

I don't have a scanner, so can I take a digital picture of my film photographs?
