Maybe it was the wallpaper as well, like whitie tighties, making it look "crowded"
Oh yeah, I like it much better without the overlay (or wallpaper putting the box around it). It's amazing how much cleaner it looks with just that change. I definitely like widgets to be more compact, but I also agree with whoever said it's such a subjective thing. Then again, I say that and I'd love to have that widget for myself! LOL.
Hmm, that's odd. I just messed with mine, and the % symbol would appear and disappear at will. The only suggestion I can think of would be to remove CleanStatus in Cydia, respring, and then reinstall?
I've got the same SB widget turned on and it definitely doesn't affect the % symbol.
I'll try that now. While i'm typing this; does somebody have a different better weather widget I could integrate? This one looks a little cluttered. Kentuckyhouse, I want yours but like I said was having issues removing that overlay or background around the widget.

I had that issue too with one of the themes. Theres a .png in the UIImages folder covering it up. I can't remember the name, but look thru them. You should be able to find it.
I have like 4 different themes active right now so I have no idea where it is.
I looked thru them and didn't see anything obvious.
Do you have Black_Percent_%.png or Silver_Percent%.png or any of these with a 2x? I think thats them.

As far as removing that overlay goes, here's another thing you can try. Go through any of the Lockscreen or Springboard widgets you've got saved and find one that has a completely clear Overlay or OverlayHD. Copy that file into the widget you've got that I posted (I think that's the one you're talking about) and replace the Overlay (or OverlayHD) with the clear one. If the original Overlay that you're replacing has some sort of shaded box, the clear Overlay that you're replacing it with will remove that and then you SHOULD have the widget just hanging there on the Springboard as opposed to having a box around it.
Let me know if you can't find a clear Overlay file and I'll try and post one up for you tomorrow.
I've been looking for that icon for a long time now with no luck, could you tell me the names of the themes you are using? I don't mind digging to find it, just need to know which themes to look through.

I was able to get it working with a clear overlay but the background is the stock blue one in that theme. I changed it to the wallpaper i've been using and the blue question mark remains, and my wallpaper looks like it's zoomed 2x (with the ? mark in the middle on top of it). I also lose all my icons and reception bars even if I copy and paste the icons and images from the theme that had them. I was lost last night so I gave up and went to bed. LOL. Help?

It's LT Lexs4.2 for the lock screen and Widget - Line Calendar I for the springboard. They downloads are in this thread, somewhere. I don't have them handy and i'm at work now. Both should be within the past 30 pages of this thread (at least that eliminates the 170 pages before that lol, sorry).
LOL...I think we've reached a point where any help I can give you would be fruitless.
My suggestion at this point would be to PM LEXS directly and let her know exactly which theme you're using, what exactly the problems are, and see if she can work it out for you. She's AMAZING at figuring out little issues and should be able to find a fix.
