Icon Assistance
I am looking for some guidance as I am trying to set up my own icon folder instead of using a cydia theme. I have found icons that I would like to use but not sure how to label them in iOS 5 and then where to put the folder.
Currently, I have created a folder called springboard.app and placed it in this folder: /private/var/stash/Themes.X#xXXX. Inside this folder I have the bundle folders with the com.apple.appname and then the icons are inside with the various names of icon@2x~iphone or the other versions.
Obviously, I have done something wrong because there are no changes when I respring. Help would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: Have figured it out with some help from the guys at MMI. I had to create a .theme folder then drop a Bundles folder into that and then drop all of the com.apple.appname folders into that and then make sure all icons were named correctly. This insures that I do not have to use Summerboard...Thanks for the idea Snakeeater.

Maybe you turn Summerboard mod on and of and take the respring in the top left corner
here's another modded version of the SB Glass forecast, now with UniAW behind the clock and the weather glass (no weather icon glass, just the glass)
Credits to Norcal for the main idea, bblake for the forecast code, Zro for the Wallpaper, da"S"master/rumcajs for some icons AND Ian Nicoll for the UniAW weather
in this version i fixed some positions, changed the small weather icons, changed the font....
