I really love this lockscreen, how do I go about making mine like this?

The Weather-Config.js is ok
You have to go also in LockBackground.html and find this

Err, no that's not correct. Minislider looks pretty different.

I made the change for you,just use search(var locale) in your editor and you will find the line.The only thing to change is celsius to fahreneit if you want.

For AT&T its connecting to GPRS I think it's called, basically the network below Edge. I'm not sure what networks VZW uses.

For AT&T its connecting to GPRS I think it's called, basically the network below Edge. I'm not sure what networks VZW uses.

For CDMA networks such as VZW, it means 1X which is the equivalent of GPRS on GSM networks.
