The lighting bolt is the battery charging icon and the alarm clock can both be found on his Deviant Art page for d/l along with a few others. Other than that most are for his own personal use and won't share em/release them

Nothing too fancy here, Upojenie HD for the most part--some icons reused for different apps, and three icons created using the PSDs for the theme (big THANK YOU to h1r0ll3r for posting that for me yesterday, it was a huge help!)
Icons for Calendar, Notebooks, and OmniFocus were created either using the original app icon + PSD, or a modified icon from the icon requests thread + PSD. The rest are either in the download for the theme, or from the theme thread on MacThemes.
Now if I could just get a custom lockscreen working again under 4.2.1--either the wallpaper doesn't show (Slanted Lock), or the whole damn thing is black...

He didnt release it (that im aware of) so you might want to PM/ask him to see if he will release it
