Did you add any extra icons? I don't seem to recognize all of these icons from Jaku. That Safari icon mainly. Very nice once!

you need winterboard on your phone, and you need to SSH the file into the var>stash>themes folder on your phone. if need be, google this (ie SSH iPhone)... there are free apps to do this...hope that helps!
alternately, look thru this thread...there may be a cydia download that has these files...

The Theme is for iPhone 5

Have you got the overlay where you want it
The correct size wallpaper for 4s
Change <img src="../Layer.png" style="position: absolute; top: 0px; left: 0px; width: 320px; height: 568px; z-index: 0;">

to

width: 321px;
height: 481px;

Then go to Files style.css
and change .......

Wallpaper html to change date

Other than that I am not to sure

I will just share the link on Dropbox, download using Safari Download Manager and open with iFile so I can copy to the right folder.
