Whoa! What, I never knew that! Haha wow I guess it's true. You learn something new everyday! Is this a common feature everyone knows exists?

Just wondering cause I'm about to hit up google to figure this out. I just quickly tried and couldn't figure out how to change iPhone 5 wallpapers to fit the 4S. I tried all the different buttons but nothing seemed to do what you say is possible. If you see this please post some more info. Thanks!

I think they just cover up the widget, I never pay attention I guess because Im usually checking the notification and dismiss or open it right away.

If someone who is good at scripts could help me out, I am liking this widget, but I can't change the time to 12hr instead of 24hr:

For you guys with Lock Screen mods that have modifications to the top portion of the lock screen, how do you guys cope with notifications blocking the mods when you receive one? Or do you hide notifications from the lock screen? It's a pet peeve, for my notifications to block the lock screen mods.

i use open notifier. this way, all my notifications appear on the status bar. my lockscreen remains clean. something like this...
