Just wondering cause I'm about to hit up google to figure this out. I just quickly tried and couldn't figure out how to change iPhone 5 wallpapers to fit the 4S. I tried all the different buttons but nothing seemed to do what you say is possible. If you see this please post some more info. Thanks!

No problem. Just hit edit then crop then constrain then '3x2', then crop and save. :)

Cuban, if you don't mind sharing, what do you have going on with your phone? Is that a theme or is the status bar, icons, wallpaper, widgets all separate?

Widget is made by Lex which u can find her excellent work at dbar,check few pages back and ull be able to find the address

NoLockNotificationsBG from cydia does this. I am not sure how he moved them down to incorporate the custome lockscreen tho.
 
Can anyone tell what the tweak is called that enables you to have 3 icons per row instead of 4?

Tried searching for it, but couldnt find it. Thanks in advance!

How do you make the post-it almost in the middle the icon? I successfully add the post-it badge png file and add the lines on my info.plist but the badge is not centralized. :/
Can you share your info.plist specifications?

You're the man! I tried using crop because I assumed that's what you meant. I tried a bunch of them but never tried 3x2 haha. I said eff it and downloaded an app. Now I can delete that app. Thanks! Very much appreciated! :Dp

As mentioned in the macthemes topic, the free Cydia tweak 'Boover' is required to move the badge around.

The Boover settings I'm currently using for the post-it note badge are;

Position: Top Centre, Alpha: 1, Y: 11, X: 0, Scale: 1.1

Some of his other creative badges are impressive too. I may try the receipt badge next.

Thank you mate, I had figured out already and found Boover. :)
I downloaded the full badges pack and it is very nice! I'm sure I gonna try them all eventually.
