Just checked my Bytafont and it's there...
I can't speak for others but I work in a windowless office, in a windowless hallway. I generally have no idea what it's doing outside until I get to the door to the parking lot.
Right now, for example, I know it's pouring rain outside because I can hear it pummeling the roof! But I can't hear snow falling or hear sunshine.

i like to keep mine simple, while keeping tweaks at a minimum. This means no winterboard, no icon-changing (imo, most tweaks that change the icons makes the phone look like an android phone). not saying all but some.
If this doesn't give you a full size image, pm me your email address and I will email it to you. Not sure where I got it, I often o image searches in google images for exact size for the iPhone and see what comes up. This is one of my favorites.
