Just wait.... Check out the official flat icons twitter page.. Developer says he'll be updating theme with UI in coming few weeks :)

No, the LS theme is not part of Sublimity- it's a widget that was made by Mone (girl genius, modder extraordinaire). It could definitely be modified to go on a homescreen, as the springboard clock pictured is modified from the very same LS. It's just a matter of knowing what you're doing, or knowing someone who can fix it for you.
 
Motif. This is one of my favorite themes of all time, I think. Simple and beautiful.

is there a way i can remove the slider, and just have nothing there. but still swipe that 'area'?

i dont want anything that needs winterboard either, not going to install it.

You just need to insert transparent .pngs in the correct spot. If you can find the TelephonyUI system directory, the files you need are

BarBottomLock@2x~iphone.png (158 x 192)
BarLCD@2x~iphone.png (1 x 194)
bottombarknobgray@2x~iphone.png (200 x 118)
bottombarknobgreen@2x~iphone.png (40 x 176)
WellLock@2x~iphone.png (200 x 118)

All files need to be transparent. Sizes are approximate, just from the setup I have.
