I think I have that working through a tweak called No Lock Bars. For some reason my phone is acting funny and when I disable some winterboard tweaks, they aren't disabling. Pretty sure that's the one though.

As for the other tweak. I'm not really sure what the problem is. Simply renaming the file should be good enough. Otherwise, maybe try creating the empty file in that folder called background@2x.png. If that doesn't work, then I don't know.

EDIT: Wow clearly wasn't thinking earlier. To get those to be transparent, go to Settings->Lockinfo->Appearance (under General not Lock Screen) and slide the transparency bar all the way to the left.

Icons:There's a cydia theme with the icons for the iPad.

Dock: I gave a field blur of 60 px to the wallpaper to the exact height of the dock, installed No Dock Reflection to hide the icons reflection and installed Remove Gradient Wallpaper to hide the black gradient on the Springboard.

Statusbar: Ice Statusbar.

Font: Avenir.

Well, back to stock iOS 6. I've never really used it before as I've always been JB with themes so I figured I'd give it a go while it's still around. I do have a few subtle changes though.
