Depends what tweaks you using. 90% work but a few critical ones don't like homescreendesigner and dockshift.

On my 5c and air I'm running 3b and on an older iPad 3 I've stuck with 7.0.4.

There's quite a significant performance bump from 7.0.4 to 7.1 b3. It's also significantly smoother and more responsive. Really enjoying it. It's supposedly more stable than 7.0.4 but I didn't notice any stability issues on 7.0.4 tbh...

I've spoken to the homescreendesigner dev and he will only update after 7.1's public release. Ironically that release will probably see the jailbreak patched on 7.1 so I'm not too sure I understand his logic but respect his decision nonetheless. It's just such a brilliant app for anyone remotely interested in customizing their SB and I miss it a lot on beta...

So worth it or not? If you got more than one idevice maybe stay on 7.0.4 on 1 or 2 and upgrade on the 3rd...

My rMini and 4S are on 7.0.4.

My only issue with 7.0.4 is the animations are a little jerky on the 4S, but if I turn off the the blur effect, then it really smooth.

Do you think it will be smoother on 7.1?

Do know of a link that shows how to get beta 3 and install it?

Is there a version of Evasi0n7 that will jailbreak that version?

Do you see the ReadMe.txt and did everything accordingly? i.e. copying pasting SbanimatedWeather in var/mobile/library ; copying pasting SBAW.dylib in Library/mobilesubstrate/DynamicLibraries . After that do a respring, it should work.

Thanks for that. I just read that I need a developer account and that I have register my udid. I don't have an account.

Is it possible to register and not a dev account?

Never mind. I got it.

Kinda scared to try this if the expiration hack doesn't work. I would miss my jailbreak.

Deleted the old files, tried again and it worked! One last question, I currently have animation and would just like to keep the text, how would I go about disabling animations?

In SBAnimated Weather/config.js
var AnimationsOn = true; // Set to false to disable them .

How did you get that perfect 5 icons in column?

With tweak (Five-Column SpringBoard) I am using they are overlapping... :(

P.S.
I got it... it is the tweak called "Bigify"... the "Shrink" I used in iOS 6.1.2 is still not compatible with iOS7...
