Is anyone else having forbidden errors in cydia? Happened after I installed the iwidgets deb.

I installed using iFile without issue. After installing, I did a respring and then the widget options showed up after long pressing the screen

Download the deb above then open in ifile, choose installer. Then reboot.

I already had iFile installed and when I clicked on the iwidget link/deb file, it asked me if I wanted to open in ifile which I did and then I chose install. I am using iFunBox to install widgets. Hope this helps

Does it need to be the full paid version of iFile? because after I choose installer it tries to configure and then returns a code:0.

No, mine is the shareware one. I did not get that error.

No, mine is the shareware one. I did not get that error.

Hmm dunno what else to do then, I tried ifunbox and it returned an error saying package installtion failed. I'm on an iphone 4.

Code zero.. think about it.. zero errors.. just respring/reboot and it should be there. If anything it'll usually come back as code 256 which means it needs additional packages from cydia.

Yes, that's right, the last line was code =0 .

Thats cool, got it. I really hadn't played around with iFile or iWidgets that much.
Now need to food around with it to get some widgets working.

Looks like it has only 2 iwidgets; analog clock & calendar.
