I'm using lockdown pro 7 to hide all of my apps. Only issue I have is the hidden apps don't show in the app switcher so the switcher is pointless for me, all it shows is the springboard card.

I don't understand, why would there be conflicts? If you want the exact same setup as that guy all you need to do is get dock shift to make your dock transparent, get nopagedots7 to get rid of page dots, and move all apps away from first page. No problems with app switcher or anything.
So I guess we can only theme the black icons in the status bar.
The white is just the black with a white overlay.

Im using the M'flat Icons but it doesn't have all the icons I need. Is it possible to replace some of the app icons I'm not using with some of the ones I am? And how would I do this?
Like if I don't use Facebook and theirs an icon for it but need vsco cam, can I just use the icon that was supposed to be for Facebook as an instagram icon?

It's here, but doesn't look like it's been released yet (maybe because it is so similar to 0bscure 7).
Been away from iPhone for a while but back with a 5s and liking the recent JB and tweak options.
Overall, happy to have the option to have my son as a wallpaper that can now be seen instead of covered by icons. Looking forward to more themes.

I copied the StatusBar And Dock seperately from the ImpactoHD theme folder and pasted them on a wall in PS .
If you have purchased the theme , i can send u the wall in PM .
Here's my current setup. It's reminiscent of my iOS 6 setup but with an iOS 7 flair - abstract, bright colored, pastel-ish. 
. I might make some minor tweaks to the widget and the icons, but it's basically how I want it, until I come up with a better idea...
