This theme comes bundled just like this? Widgets? Wallpaper? I love this set up!!
I just purchased this theme this morning but I didn't had that wallpaper or the weather widget. So probably the owner already had that widget and wallpaper

The widget (SB sideforecast) was actually created by the creator (Schnedi) of the Andro HD theme.
The wallpaper was made by me though. When I made the wallpaper, I designed it around my dark Auros theme <--LINK. The wall still looks great with the Andro HD icons though. I'm still working on a LockScreen version. I have the LS wall and overlays complete... I just have to add Schnedi's widget code behind it... with a little twist/mod I have planned for it.

Hey!
Sorry for the late answer I've been kinda busy last few days.
Things you'll need:
1) Download WinterBoard from Cydia
2) Download OpenSSH from Cydia
3) Download 'WinSCP' for Windows (depending on your OS and choice ofc)
Once you have make a folder named whateveryouwant.theme on your desktop.
Inside this folder make a folder named "UIImages" (without the quotation marks but capitalization matters).
Put the files in this folder (I'm not sure if the download only has the files or already has the folders and I'm in the office now, so you have to see it yourself).
Once it's set use WinSCP and SSH into your phone.
The folder you'll need to put the whatever.theme folder is found at /private/var/stash/Themes/ .
Put your folder inside the 'Themes' folder, eneble your theme in winterboard, respring your device and you're set.

The icons are from auros, which can be downloaded from Cydia. The springboard widget can be downloaded from Cydia from this repo- http://repo.myidevice.fr/. The lock screen widget is from Dbar, and you have to join to download any of their themes (http://dbarevolution.com). All elements have been modded, so even if you have the widgets and theme you might not ever have the same effect- so hit me up in a PM and I'll do what I can to help you achieve this.
