Actually, it's the Elite 6 analog clock lockscreen that comes with the theme, with a further modded mod from augustborn99.

My guess is something like Pages+ to just have a different wallpaper for each page.

You can simply have different wallpaper for different pages by putting Page1.png , Page1@2x.png( Not sure if this is exact name ) in your theme folder, like we use use Wallpaper@2x.png for setting the wallpaper !

Other UI Tweaks : SubtleLock, Iconoclasm, Auxo, Velox, Winterboard, Emphasize, FolderEnhancer, Prime, Springtomize 2, Torch.

PS : The LockScreen battery isn't always showing, I took the screenshot(s) while my phone was charging.

I think Springtomize 2 can do this.

No springtomize doesn't do it. You can use either No LSB or use Flex. Those are the only 2 options I know of right now.
