What did you use to change the UI to those colors?

It comes with Elite7. SMS theme.

Everything I used is included in springtomize 3 and ayecon. Looks like ayecon is broken in 7.1.2...

Guys, anyone know the rounded font that looks similar to Lato? It's widely seen on jailbroken phones. It's not included in BytaFont 2. I remember having to sideload it to my phone.

Haven't had Elite7 in a while. Maybe it was for BiteSMS

made a few changes. classic dock now allows custom dock images plus the shadow behind the dock.

also installed cccontrols. forgot how much i liked this tweak!

The icons are RingMasker from cydia, and the carrier logo is through zeppelin, named as Milkyway.

It's consilium. Only a buck and the dev is always updating. Good stuff. Check out ultra flat for iOS 7. Also by the same dev.

Both themes also have threads in this forum.
