It's a GroovyLock theme from the paid theme "77".

I ended up photoshopping him into the wallpaper. I was working on making it an iWidget, and while it worked, the image came out alot smaller than I wanted, and I didn't have the time or patience to sort it out.

Sorry for the noob question. Elite7 just posted an update. I can now select dbar within the theme in Winterboard. Does E7 come with a dbar theme because i don't see anything on the homescreen. All I notice is that the text on all app icons is gone.

Are you the member that had a type of "hello kitty" type playful theme with a black background, last year on iOS6?

Haha thanks. All I do is browse society6 for wallpapers, resize them for the 5s. The icons are just text icons I made in Photoshop. I used homescreendesigner for the icon layout, shrink to scale the icons down to 50%, and no icon labels. Super easy!

As far as the other screenshot goes, that isn't me. I prefer super minimal. The ss is cute, but I couldn't deal with that on my phone. Lol.

Yep! That was me it's called vintage photographs in cydia.

Back to a more subtle mod.

Icons are a mix of Elite, Carla and stock/custom manually applied to be rid of winterboard. Dynamic shadow from iconomatic. Springtomize and Gridlock for the layout. Live weather icon, Cloaky for status bar hides and Badge customiser do the rest.

Good inspiration in this thread - keep them coming.

Also, how do I move my icons down a bit? Springtomize 3 doesn't do that
