that version is too old, is that the only version of winterboard you see?
if yes, install icleaner from cydia and clean your cydia sources. and then open cydia and then refresh sources. it should fix your problems
the version of winterboard you should see is 0.9.3915

My lock screen is pretty basic.
Just using Subtle Lock with Forecast, Spectral. The latter combined with the HiddenSettings7 improvement The music App looks the same thanks to BlurredMusicApp
Homescreen's pretty blank, I have only one page so far. Everything that I don't use regularly is in a folder. Theme's ayeris, labels hidden.
Battery life is also pretty neat since I updated to 7.0.6.

what are the settings u used for blurred music app to achieve that look for your lock screen when playing music?
