Bought the fuel theme to replace elite7. LOVE It. You photo is what made me buy it!
Had FUEL for a while, it's one of the most 'complete' themes out there with great attention to details but it was just too dark for me. I'm waiting for Elite Afterhours, looks very promising.
No idea really, according to Elite's MMi thread the theme so far is only being shared with a small selection of people to test it.

The lockscreen is Schnedi's LS RM2 (modded slightly) from his Lockscreens PackS 1 on Cydia, the springboard clock and temp (modded slightly) are from Drifters iWidget pack on the iwidget thread on modmyi, and here's the wallpaper-
Does anyone know a tweak where instead of slide to unlock I can just slide the whole lockscreen up kinda like windows 8 phones?? thanks.
Have you seen Gravity Lockscreen? Not sure it's been updated lately, but it might be what you are looking for.
