I'll probably sharing this SB widget tonight or tomorrow on MJ''s widget share thread on Modmyi. I recently changed it from the last time I posted a screenshot to allow users to choose the color wallpaper they prefer from settings or camera roll. I use a transparent overlay for the weather images and info. I also added a switch in the Config.js file if you want to enable/disable shelves as pictured on my previous screenshot post.

The widget is based off of UniAW7. Since I'm using a iPhone 6+, I have it set up for GroovyBoard+. I added a switch in the Config.js file to set to false if you aren't using GB/GB+. WidgetWeather2 is required for this widget. The widget is formatted for either 6/6+. I might share a link on twitter also... but for sure on MJ's widget share thread.

Your iconomatic probably has a /Bundles/com.apple.springboard folder... which is displaying the white clock icon. You can move your clock icon images from the theme/Bundles/.springboard folder into the iconomatic springboard folder. If would be a good idea to photoshop the iconomatic over the theme clock icon first.
