No it's not Lockinfo its anotherone one that I came accross in cydia if u type in HTC it should bring up all the themes and check the screenshots, I can remember right now but give me sometime.

Can you go into your installed packages to get the name please?

I am using the same thing. It's winterboard: Glasklart icons + Clear folder with boarder + Clear folder with border...

I would post my homescreen but I'm waiting for an update on Glasklart HD to support more icons as my HS is mixed.
