I bought a used 6" e-ink Kindle for about $20 on Amazon. I know they're kind of old and not produced new anymore, but I really like the page turn buttons on this particular model. I had one way back when they first came out and eventually sold it in favor of a Paperwhite. Eventually I sold the Paperwhite in favor of just using the Kindle app on the iPad Mini. Now I've come full circle and have the first Kindle I had all over again.

This has been an expensive "me" weekend.

DVDs and blu ray: More Shaws including a couple to official copies, the 4k blu ray conversion of A Better Tomorrow.

VIP ticket to the Urban Action Showcase in November (in which I finally get to see Big Trouble in Little China on the big screen and meet my favorite "Storm" Rain himself - not to mention sitting in on his Chinese Sword demonstration panel.)

and after seeing this beautiful figure of Guan Yu a couple of months ago, I was undecided about it and missed the pre-order window. I was lamenting to a dear friend about it and decided to check one more time. I just found a store in the Midwest that would still take pre-orders.

This is about the closest I will ever get to seeing Ti Lung playing Guan Yu in his prime (rather than a very distinguished still supremely butt-kicking 60-something Guan Yu.) I know I will probably feel stupid guilty about it for awhile...but... I just couldn't let him go.

So far, enjoy being able to turn the lights on/off from the bed and using them as a wake alarm in the morning.

nice .. i rebought a kindle keyboard .. I have had them all and it is by far my favorite .. can't stand the touchscreen ones

Thanks! I actually have an iPhone 6s Plus and this will be a size reduction for me because the Note 7, even with a bigger screen is physically smaller than the Plus!

I wasn't planning on getting the Note but this thing is a technical marvel :)

I keep trying big phones and I never get on with them (Note 3, Nexus 6 and 6S+), I've finally accepted it! The S7 is the perfect size for me.

None yet, but I just got it today. Going to try to put it through its paces with a few games. I've never used a wireless mouse for gaming before, so I'm not sure what to expect.
