That is an album (by Mike Oldfield, whose earlier music - Tubular Bells, Herbiest Ridge, Incantations, especially - I loved) I hadn't known; do you recommend it?
I'm not all too familiar with his work other than this particular album, of which I'd only heard a sample of decades ago.

Last purchase and the "something I was trying not to buy" in one post.

Thank You much!
It's still a bit of a shock at the moment and not real yet until I have the key fob in hand. I just got my "select a delivery appointment time" text about an hour ago.
I just keep telling my wife, "I bought a @!%$-ing car on the internet, and I haven't even driven it yet!" Surreal.

I do have the stock photo so far. ;)

Beautiful config.

I love that color combo. Did you go white interior? I have it in my 3 and its outstanding and very durable and supremely comfy.

Are you not close to a gallery where they do test drives or you can see/experience it?

White with carbon fiber interior.
The service center is about 35 minutes to 3 hours away depending on traffic.:D

I've just never wanted to test drive until I am ready to buy.
This time my ready to buy was quicker than my want to schedule a drive.

We have had 3 Teslas in our family. 2 still currently.

I always advise people who are intrigued or interested NOT to test drive until you are ready to buy because it will change your perspective on cars.

Beautiful combo of your choices and let me know if you have any questions and welcome again to the family :)

Thank You again.
I'm ready for a perspective change.
Received the call from the delivery center and they said someone scheduled me too early, so it looks like Wednesday at the soonest - Thursday worst case.

Started to test fit the Noctua heat sink and fan to the MSI Tomahawk main board and realized it won't work with the standard bracket. Damn. I checked CPU compatibility but neglected to check main board compatibility. I need this adapter bracket for the AM4 socket. Oh well, new PC build will have to wait another day.

Thank you! I'm looking forward to getting the new watch. I love the simple and elegant design of it.

I hope my website loads speedily for you, unlike MacRumors at various times. ;)

Very speedily, and blessedly image (and ad) and clutter free.

Personally, I love clear, legible uncluttered web design, (and loathe ads, pop-ups, images, blinking things and other distractions), so very well done.

Actually, I'd love to find a way to disable images on MR; some take forever to load.

Re watches, I love clear, elegant, understated classic design lines, myself.

My Omega Deville closely resembles those elegant design classics of the 50s and 60s, a clean, uncluttered watch face, dauphine hands, a sweeping second hand, clear Arabic numerals on the 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 positions, and a small date window at three o'clock.

Yours looks lovely and well wear.

Agreed. It is that reason why I started over from scratch and built my own server and coded it by hand. When I want to read an article on a website, I want the content, the article, and not a bunch of garbage annoying and distracting me from that.

Actually, you might like Instapaper. https://blog.instapaper.com/ I love it and have used it for many years on my iPad. I very often save articles from webpages to it and then go to the Instapaper app to read them. They do a fantastic job of stripping all the crap from an article and giving me the content only in a very easy-to-read format. I can change the font size, color and other stuff to my liking and it's almost like reading a book. There are few to zero pictures and only a few links and no ads or garbage. You probably see some of my tweets of articles I've read via Instapaper too. I linked it to Twitter so when I read an article I enjoyed, I tap the heart button and it posts to Twitter. But give it a look if you're interested. I think you'd like it.

That would be neat. There is a terminal-based web browser called Lynx that one could use which is text only. But for a website like this, it would be hard to use and navigate in Lynx. My website on the other hand looks and works great in Lynx because it is text only.

I looked up photos of your watch and that is a very beautiful looking one. I like it a lot.

Ok, so much for my "budget" PC build.... I couldn't help myself and I ordered a different CPU, more RAM and a second SSD... I'm going to have some fun putting this together over the weekend. :)

LOL! I KNEW you'd do this. Should have gone for the 3900X, though. ;) I'll keep sowing the seeds of doubt here.
