Oh she is a wiz with her iPhone. She contemplated getting the iPad Pro but the screen wasnt large enough for her.
Good for her. My parents are hopeless. Not helped by the fact I have to be their tech support from the other end of the country. I recall trying to get a team viewer session going with my Dad once. Took about three hours.

All those coloured lights would give me a headache......

Absolutely LOVE the chair though....😍
Is it a custom build?
Yah... lol. People either hate or love RGB lighting. I do have a couple of RGB torch lamps that have a bright white setting for normal lighting. The RGB just looks good when streaming an pictures.

The chair is a Poang chair from Ikea... but I did customize if for gaming, music, and movies. I ordered female banana plugs from amazon... and just got them in the mail (staying on topic... lol). I mounted them under my desk top (top left). I customized my chair with 2 Aurasound 50 watt bass shakers mounted on the back and bottom of the chair, and wired it with male end banana plugs (bottom left). Since I have a sit/stand desk, I installed wheels (also purchased on Amazon... haha) so I can roll the chair away easily when I set my desk at standing position.

With the chair connected to my system, I can feel all the low frequencies... bass, explosions, gun fire, and the amp I use has crossover adjustments so I only feel effects... not voices. I have a few transducers (aka bass shakers) for different applications... but the Aurasound bass shakers are my favorite, and they hit hard. I fall asleep in my chair listening to music because it's like a massage chair. The transducers work really well on the Poang chair since it is designed to be a rocker... like a spring... so it's isolated from the ground in a way. I didn't design the chair, but I did customize it for this setup.

Asked my wife for a front glass mini fridge for my office/gaming/streaming/music room for Christmas. It was delivered 2 days ago and convinced her I needed to set it up now because there is a 30 day return if defective window... LOL... But that was my real honest reason for plugging it in early... I could have easily waited for Christmas.

Having sold my iPad mini 6 earlier this week as it really was not appropriate for my needs I got super fortunate and was able to order an iPad 9th gen whilst watching the cricket early hours. Still out of stock until the new year with apple.

The perfect iPad for me! Lightning - so it can share a charger with my iPhone (it really annoyed me needing MagSafe/USBC/lightning), silver so it matches my other devices and perfect size to prop up and consume media

Just bought this used Fujifilm 100-400mm (it is mounted on an XH-1 with 1.4X teleconverter) Whoa, this is a beast of a lens, and it isn't even extended in the photo!
That’s used? It looks factory new. Into the new year, I’m looking more in a DSLR set up, maybe not as serious as yours, but that’s inspiring. I have lots to learn.

By the way, do you have a permit for that thing?😁

Found this in an antique store for an X-Mas present for the spouse. Anyone know the brand? I'm not sure if it really qualifies as an actual antique. Bottom of the case has a sticker that reads "Lima".
