I use my personal phone mostly and considering I have a 13 Pro Max, I won’t be carrying two phones around. I have Teams on my personal phone too so my work phone is usually on the side and checked occasionally. I didn’t really want a works phone either but have to have one apparently which is a waste of money IMO. At least i’ll get to keep it at the end and give to one of the kids.
We hand ours back or have to buy them.

First time so I would need some advice...

(Not my photo) First pair of Hoka's to try out for hospital shifts. Yes - I don't particular care for the various color ways.

Also picked up 14" Zenbook that was recently on sale, and I'm enjoying it more than anticipated. Might even give up my M1 MBA.

Wonderful! One of the greatest places on Earth you could visit. Lovely country.

My advice would be to learn a few polite phrases in Japanese if you don't know them already. "Sumimasen" = "Excuse me; pardon me" is very helpful. Use it if you are looking for directions or if you accidentally bump into someone on the subway or any other similar situation.
My first time visiting Tokyo, I had almost no Japanese and I still found it extremely easy to get around and enjoy things. Most restaurants have picture menus and there is a lot of English on signs and such but it's still respectful to show that you are willing to learn a few simple phrases. "Arigatou" = "Thank you", etc.

I see you are flying into Narita. Are you staying in Tokyo itself? It's easy to get from the airport to the city by train.

Most famous for their fountain pen friendly notebooks, I purchased this Leuchtturm 1917 sketchbook with 150 g/m2 paper. Curious to find out its quality.

I love those books. There is a place near me in Harvard Square called "Bob Slate Stationary" and anytime I am in there I end up picking up something like that. Usually the smaller field note books.

Thanks! Yes I will take the train, we haven’t booked hotels, yet. I also have book and I’m trying to learn some very basic Japanese 😊

I really need to stop buying stuff. But Amazon/Prime deals keep tempting me. Someone please take my card away.

Ditched the AEB. Shame Apple no longer makes routers. This lasted me a decade without a single hiccup.

'Upgraded' to the Deco X20 for WiFi 6 Mesh networking, since they're currently 50% off. Working well so far.
Didn't really see the need to spring for WiFI 6E which is still a tad pricey.

Also got the last official FIFA game at a much more palatable price on Prime Day.

Lastly, another year of Office 365, which was again 50% off on Prime Day. Although i'm probably gonna switch to iWork and/or Google Docs after this.
