Hi all...

Wanted to kick off a thread of submitting your poster design. This can be movie/movie/concert related! Feel free to post other people's designs but please give credit where its due!

To kick things off.. here's my latest design!

Title: The Manhattan Meathook Massacre: Confessions of a Cannibalistic Necrophile
Background: Due to a tremendous amount of work these days, I have had little time to do any personal time for my passions of movies and design... forcing myself to get back into it full swing..... I did this mockup/mashup of my favorite 70's/80's horror films..

The title is inspired from various horror movies: 'Three on a Meathook' and 'The Texas Chainsaw Massacre'.. added Manhattan since its my current home

The actors 'casted' are my favorite horror/action actors of the 80s/90s/00's that I can picture in this movie.

Elements in this photo is my own photo taken from Jersey on Sept 11th (See Rememberance: http://aleks.ws/88M1) and the hand was a heavily manipulated stock photo from iStock (Original here: http://aleks.ws/87VC)

Beautiful palette you got going, very interesting i might try and have a go. The hand in the corner somehow reminds me of Anthem by Ayn Rand.

Photoshop for me... I use Illustrator for any vector elements I incorporate in my work...
