Nice PowerPC collection! I would love to add a Cube to my collection one day, but I've seen them sell for more than a dollar/MHz here in Australia.

My original monitor that I have had since I first got my PowerMac finally died. Shifted some stuff around since dual monitors on the PowerMac wasn't needed. I realize that under the desk is very cringe worthy. I have an eMac 1.42; iMac G4 15" 700Mhz; PowerMac G3 400Mhz; and iMac G3 233Mhz REVA with a manufacturing date of a month before the keynote. These 4 need new homes, if anyone is interesting in just paying shipping let me know. Otherwise they may just be sent to recycling.

Why is it that all the 'freebies' always seem to be on the wrong side of 'the pond'? :(

Just take a nice picture of whatever you have.
[doublepost=1510223419][/doublepost]I' more envious of the photography skills of people here.

at the moment I have this setup. the other computers are in storage. Hopefully in a year I can get everything out and properly take a picture of all them. Its dark. I can't figure out why I have all the lights on and having the blinds open wouldn't work to well.

Indeed. When my son learns to crawl, I’ll need to put a lock on the door. :D
Or give him his own beater Mac. :D

My son got his first iBook G3 when he was 5. Had a bad Airport antenna so I had to share Internet whenever we went to Starbucks. But he stayed away from my stuff because he had his own. :)

Haha, ya he already slobbers all over my iphone6s. Gets kinda miffed if I take it away, so a beater Mac sounds great.

Sounds like the perfect rationale to pick up a g3 iMac or iBook. ;)

My daughter and my son are very different as to which devices they are most comfortable with.

My daughter was always after my phone, but after a few spankings and redirections she learned respect for other people's property.

It helped that at a certain point we had an iPhone 3GS the kids could share. Then came an Android crap tablet and an iBook G4 for her. She eventually got her mothers 12" PowerBook G4. Both of those Macs died and now she's using her mother's old Windows 10 PC.

But she gravitates to hand-held devices, so she's all over the iPhone 5 we gave her. My son uses them (he has an SE) but most of his time is wrapped around the PC we got him for school (Windows 7). He prefers computers.

Real interesting to see the difference between them.

But my point was that for every device we gave them, they had the understanding that it was theirs to use and do whatever they wished within the boundaries we set. And they were and are both expected to treat their devices with care. Ultimately they lost all interest in our stuff.

My son even rolls his eyes at me when I point out my jailbreak and iOS 6 on the 4s and all. He much prefers to be up to date. :D

Thought I'd post a quick one of my setup whilst I'm waiting for TimeMachine on my PowerBook G4 (finally got it to a position where I'm happy with it). The Digital Audio is currently out of action as one of the CPU fans has a bad bearing and I don't want to damage the Sonnet card. I've seen identical replacements on a UK Electrical components suppliers' site so I need to get around to ordering two. The Mac pro is currently running both screens, I have a Dual Link DVI KVM that shares the 23" display and the Keyboard with the Digital Audio. Out of the picture I also have the TiBook although it needs a bit of work too.
